Brett and Wendy Taylor, of Cortez, sold their home at 5131 Jungle Plum Road to Walter Beresford Long and Iona Maria May Evans, of Sarasota, for $9.33 million. Built in 2001, it has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,369 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.6 million in 2019.

Matthew James Kotlik, of Bradenton, sold his Unit 8 condominium at 1828 Hawkins Court to Wanda Pistella, of Sarasota, for $765,000. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,805 square feet of living area. It sold for $641,000 in 2021.
South Gate
Yee Yee LLC sold the home at 2545 Webber St. to Eric Avakemian, of Incline Village, Nevada, for $725,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,762 square feet of living area. It sold for $227,000 in 2019.
Carol Springer, trustee, sold the home at 3434 Fairview Drive to Sebastian Mendieta and Kaitlyn Delaney, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold for $225,000 in 2004.
