A condominium in the Mark Sarasota tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Carolyn Patten, of Fort Pierce, sold the Unit 1210 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Andrew and Judith Economos, of Longboat Key, for $3.35 million. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,803 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,599,000 in 2021. 


 

Sarasota

The Landings

Timothy and Judith Crowley, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4884 Peregrine Point Circle to Carol Horton, of Sarasota, for $1.74 million. Built in 1984, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,434 square feet of living area. It sold for $500,000 in 2009.


The Condominium on the Bay

Leighrob Corp. Inc. sold the Unit 512 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Joseph Bernard Petrizzi III and Noreen Patricia Petrizzi, of Macungie, Pennsylvania, for $1.6 million. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It sold for $600,000 in April.


Desota Park

Marc and Renee Preininger, of Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 1851 Datura St. to Michele Finizio and John Albert Meehan, of Philadelphia, for $1,285,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,218 square feet of living area. It sold for $610,000 in 2020.


Plaza at Five Points Residences

Jing Li and Zhihong Liu, of Cupertino, California, sold their Unit 11B condominium at 50 Central Ave. to Evan and Wendy Parker, of Fairfield, New Jersey, for $1.21 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,671 square feet of living area. It sold for $999,000 in 2021.


The Strand of Sarasota

Lisa Helene Schroeder-Bevis sold her Unit A319 condominium at 1709 N. Tamiami Trail to Joshua Clay Spivey and Deidre Mace Spivey, of Orlando, for $825,000. Built in 2022, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,193 square feet of living area. It sold for $587,300 in 2022.


South Gate

SRQ5 LLC sold the home at 2515 Grove St. to One Life Properties LLC for $710,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,640 square feet of living area. It sold for $472,000 in March.


Florence

5863 Briarwood LLC sold the two properties at 5863 Briarwood Ave. to Steven and Heather Randazzo, of Sarasota, for $525,000. The first property was built in 1955 and has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,622 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1983 and has one bedroom, one bath and 400 square feet of living area. They sold for $229,000 in 2011.


Woodpine Lake

Keith and Thalia Crane, of E. Syracuse, New York, sold their home at 2911 Woodpine Court to Jonathan Ospina, of Sarasota, for $519,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 2022. 


Castel Del Mare

Janis Pratico, of Pittsburgh, sold her Unit 208 condominium at 1608 Stickney Point Road to Barry and Marilyn Offen, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,016 square feet of living area. 


Siesta Key

Siesta Manor

Teri Hollister, of Bradenton, sold her home at 384 Avenida Madera to Thomas Smykal, trustee, of Mission Viejo, California, for $1.57 million. Built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,332 square feet of living area. It sold for $320,500 in 2012.


Siesta Cove

Dennis and Tina De La Montanya, trustees, of Healdsburg, California, sold the home at 1211 N. View Drive to Suketu and McKenzi Pathak, of Windermere, for $1.38 million. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,147 square feet of living area. It sold for $957,000 in 2021. 


Sarasota Beach

Gretchen Mason, trustee, sold the home at 631 Avenida Del Norte to Siesta Hospitality Ventures LLC for $1,225,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,512 square feet of living area. It sold for $46,000 in 1977.


The Anchorage

Stanley Kelson and Sharon Gallagher sold their Unit P-2 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Brent and Brenda Arnold, of St. Augustine, for $915,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,287 square feet of living area. It sold for $460,000 in 2019.

Robert Antisdel and Carol Antisdel, trustees, of Waunakee, Wisconsin, sold the Unit 703 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to John and Margaret Graham, of Carmel, Indiana, for $760,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It sold for $200,000 in 1994.

Allen and Barbara Isaacman, trustees, of Minneapolis, sold the Unit 424 condominium at 1600 Cove II Place to JSK Management Services LLC for $815,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,720 square feet of living area. It sold for $200,000 in 1994.


Harbor Towers Yacht and Racquet Club

Jeffrey Alan Kweder and Julie Ann Kweder, of Westfield, Indiana, sold their Unit 228 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Wendy Mackie, trustee, of Potomac, Maryland, for $795,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,593 square feet of living area. It sold for $565,000 in 2021.


Whispering Sands

Rosemary Trainor, of Wakefield, Massachusetts, and Ellen Melchiono and Frederick James Wilson III, of Medford, Massachusetts, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 199 Whispering Sands Drive to James and Lisa Scott, of Loudon, Tennessee, for $650,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It sold for $307,500 in 2017.

Edward and Patti Del Tufo sold their home at 6232 Donnington Court to Adria Michelle Jones, of Sarasota, for $745,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,081 square feet of living area. It sold for $360,000 in 2004.

Markland Rousseau and Sharon Diane Rousseau, of Nokomis, sold their home at 9659 Knightsbridge Circle to Yudita Perduk and Beatrice Cheval, of Fair Lawn, New Jersey, for $679,900. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,978 square feet of living area. It sold for $420,000 in 2016.


Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club

Barbara White, of Sarasota, sold the home at 8921 Olde Hickory Ave. to Steven Scott Levenson and Lisa Ann Levenson, of Sarasota, for $615,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,785 square feet of living area. It sold for $418,000 in 2021.


Stonebridge

Wee Chin Chee and Siew Choo Ong, of Warner Robins, Georgia, sold their home at to Tori Braun and Jane Willis, of Sarasota, for $510,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,081 square feet of living area. It sold for $220,000 in 2001. 


Osprey

Meridian at the Oaks Preserve

Stephanie and Allen Hochfelder, trustees, sold the Unit 604 condominium at 385 N. Point Road to Bonnie Baker Hutton and Steven Hutton, of Osprey, for $1.35 million. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,778 square feet of living area. It sold for $720,000 in 2020.


Nokomis

Mission Valley Estates

Jordan Kravitz, of Sarasota, sold his home at 950 Dartmoor Circle to Ilene Serentill Balzan, of Nokomis, for $665,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,920 square feet of living area. It sold for $620,000 in 2022.


Sorrento East

Sharon Heffernan, of Nokomis, sold the home at 108 Raphael Place to Michael and Theresa Branham, of Nokomis, for $580,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,077 square feet of living area. It sold for $260,000 in 2008.
