Top residential real estate sales for July 31 to Aug. 4 in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch, Osprey, Nokomis

A two-property sale on Casey Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kathryn Hutcheson, of Nokomis, sold two properties at 615 Casey Key Road to Ronnie Hedrick II, of Lakeland, for $4,525,000. The first property was built in 1949 and has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,986 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1948 and has one bedroom, one bath and 442 square feet of living area. They sold for $3.5 million in 2020.


 

Sarasota

Mark Sarasota

Lisa Rooks Morris, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 514 condominium at 111 S. Pineapple Ave. to Robert and Rae Ann Van Pelt, of Park Ridge, Illinois, for $2.75 million. Built in 2019, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,035 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,158,700 in 2019.


Condominium on the Bay

David Kotok, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1209 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Timothy Christensen, of Racine, Wisconsin, for $1,905,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It sold for $700,000 in 2009.


Granada

Karen Chamberlain, of Sarasota sold her home at 1744 Fortuna St. to Susan and Leeann Peterson, of Chicago, for $1.65 million. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,841 square feet of living area. It sold for $960,000 in 2020. 


Landings

Louise Broom-Peltz, trustee, of Londonderry, New Hampshire, sold the home at 5125 Flicker Field Circle to Paul Hodgins and Stacy Lynn Hodgins, of Hampton, New Hampshire, for $1,325,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,908 square feet of living area. It sold for $525,000 in 2002.


Aqualane Estates

Jennifer Smith and Andrew Brehm, of Beacon, New York, sold their home at 1723 Stanford Lane to Next One Homes LLC for $1.25 million. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,487 square feet of living area. It sold for $175,700 in 1991.


Payne Park Village

Rodger and Andrea LeBlanc, of Sarasota, sold their home at 425 Gowdy Road to Todd Rafac, of Sarasota, for $1.01 million. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,423 square feet of living area. It sold for $666,700 in 2021.


One Hundred Central

KKG Holdings LLC sold the Unit H716 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to John Meehan, of Medford, New Jersey, for $1 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,725 square feet of living area. It sold for $810,000 in 2017.


One Watergate

Dori Kazdin and Ron Goldstein, of St. Petersburg, sold their Unit 4-A condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to JoAnne Kathleen Searles, of Sarasota, for $975,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,577 square feet of living area. It sold for $519,700 in 2015.


E.A. Smith’s

ALFL Holdings LLC sold the home at 1937 10th St. to Westcoast Black Theatre Troupe of Florida Inc. for $900,000. The first property was built in 1930, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,876 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1930, it has one bedroom, one bath and 360 square feet of living area. They sold for $50,000 in 2013.

Gaelle Wizenberg, of Myakka City, sold her Unit 28 condominium at 1372 Landings Point to Francis Disanti and Brianne Campagna, of Brentwood, Tennessee, for $878,900. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,048 square feet of living area. It sold for $364,900 in 2020.


Palm Place

Karen Selwyn, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 204 condominium at 755 S. Palm Ave. to Melissa McCoy, of Sarasota, for $875,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,421 square feet of living area. It sold for $510,000 in 2013.


Bellevue Terrace

Amy Newman O’Donnell sold the home at 3065 Hatton St. to Marana Holdings LLC for $650,000. Built in 1957, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,420 square feet of living area. It sold for $143,000 in 2012.


The Landings South

Kenneth Anthony Lapitre and Theresa Margaret Lepitre sold their Unit 201 condominium at 1698 Starling Drive to Daniel and Theresa Callender, of Sarasota, for $570,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It sold for $375,000 in 2021.


Alfred Park

Joan Trice and Kathryn Wolfe, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2545 Arlington St. to Corinne Carmona, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1953, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,676 square feet of living area. It sold for $475,000 in January.


Castel Del Mare

Anatoly Ioffe, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1608-203 condominium at 1608 Stickney Point Road to Denise Rosenstein, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,016 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 2020.


Oak Shores

Christian and Fannie Zook, of Blain, Pennsylvania, sold their home at 941 Greer Drive to James and Heather Fultz, of Ceres, California, for $509,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area. It sold for $193,000 in 2018.


Siesta Key

1201 Big Oak Lane Property Holdings LLC sold the home at 1201 Big Oak Lane to Robyn Rhodes, of Sarasota, for $1,775,000. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,638 square feet of living area. It sold for $655,000 in 2017.


Beach Villas at the Oasis

David and Christine Adams sold their Unit 313 condominium at 313 Beach Road to Jason Jerome Gilchrist and Keli Marcelline Gilchrist, of Bowie, Maryland, for $1.7 million. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2009.

Daniel Shattuck, of Siesta Key, sold his home at 5078 Sandy Beach Ave. to Simon Johnson and Cynthia Johnson, trustees, of Siesta Key, for $1.6 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,511 square feet of living area. It sold for $815,000 in 2020.


Riegel’s Landing

SenSor Lab Inc. sold the home at 1256 Riegels Landing Drive to The Parking Co. for $1,295,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet of living area. It sold for $685,000 in 2015.


The Palm Bay Club of Sarasota

Gary Link, trustee, of Westerville, Ohio, sold the Unit 331 condominium at 5963 Midnight Pass Road to BGC Properties LLC and Owens LLC for $825,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It sold for $147,000 in 1994.


Turtle Cove

Lisa and David Yereance, of Riverview, sold their Unit 4 condominium at 9000 Midnight Pass Road to Sean Ball and Pamela Brandon, of Sarasota, for $685,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,657 square feet of living area. It sold for $150,000 in 1983.


Midnight Cove II

Ralph and Dolores Cunningham, of Grosse Ile, Michigan, sold their Unit 533 condominium at 1500 Cove II Place to John and Ann Suknaic, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for $650,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It sold for $600,000 in 2022.


La Siesta

Christopher and Sophann Bretz sold their Unit 202 condominium at 901 Beach Road to Jeffery and Donna Hackney, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 753 square feet of living area. It sold for $549,000 in 2021.


The Pointe on Midnight Pass

Monika Lanciers sold her Unit 405 condominium at 9397 Midnight Pass Road to Lazo Pipovski, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It sold for $250,000 in 2000.


Casa Mar

Kimberly Pericic, of New Hyde Park, New York, sold her Unit 3 condominium at 6006 Midnight Pass Road to Juan Carlos De Pazos and Alicia Medina De Pazos, of Sarasota, for $525,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 708 square feet of living area. It sold for $310,000 in 2003.


Palmer Ranch

Gail and Joseph Opromalla sold their home at 5443 Lago Maggio St. to Joy Minear, trustee, of Sarasota, for $825,000. Built in 2022, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,918 square feet of living area. It sold for $689,800 in 2022.


Isles of Sarasota

Mark and Linda Bell, of Sarasota, sold their home at 6131 Belina Court to Brandon Keith Johnson and Debbie Michelle Johnson, of Goshen, Kentucky, for $825,000. Built in 2014, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,489 square feet of living area. It sold for $538,300 in 2014.

Linda Wong-Fehniger and Matthew Fehniger, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold their home at 5851 Benevento Drive to Roy Ayers Jr. and Linda Knorr, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $725,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It sold for $627,400 in March.


Stonebridge

Thomas McOmber, of Sarasota, Richard McOmber, of Roseville, Michigan, and Robert McOmber, of S. Jordan, Utah, sold their home at 7556 Ridge Road to Thomas and Maria Schaeffer, of Sarasota, for $805,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,373 square feet of living area. It sold for $345,000 in 2011.

Villagewalk

Gregory and Rosemarie Fitzpatrick sold their home at 7605 Camminare Drive to Raymond Wetzel, of Sarasota, for $540,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,534 square feet of living area. It sold for $324,900 in 2005.


Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club

Linda Targee, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 9539 Forest Hills Circle to Kevin and Denise Cali, of Sarasota, for $535,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet of living area. It sold for $211,000 in 1998.


Osprey

David Lima and Matilde Hidalgo Lima, trustees, of Nokomis, sold the Unit 602 condominium at 3603 N. Point Road to William Collins and Barbara Collins, trustees, of Osprey, for $925,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,545 square feet of living area. It sold for $670,000 in 2021.


Nokomis

Casey Key

Kathryn Hutcheson, of Nokomis, sold the home at 621 Casey Key Road to Loomis 4070 Investments LLC for $4,175,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,140 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.5 million in 2019.


Sorrento South

Anna Allen and Robert Wesley Allen, of Nokomis, sold their home at 1843 Settlers Drive to Jason and Jennifer Wisniewski, of Lake Zurich, Illinois, for $570,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,562 square feet of living area. It sold for $410,000 in 2021.
