John and Jennifer Folvig, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3740 Tangier Terrace to James and Christina Mucha, of Sarasota, for $8.35 million. Built in 2021, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,277 square feet of living area.

Andrew and Cheryl Hall, of Chicago, sold their Unit 402 condominium at 188 Golden Gate Point to Waco Street LLC for $5,999,900. Built in 2015, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,879 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.9 million in 2016.


Camino Real

Nicholas and Sara Ferguson sold their home at 4540 Camino Real to Ryan Shumacher, trustee, of Temecula, California, for $5,418,000. Built in 2021, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,192 square feet of living area.

Drew and Anne Horowitz, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 1004 condominium at 401 Quay Commons to David Zaccardelli, trustee, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, for $4.6 million. John Rumberg Jr., trustee, sold the home at 8220 Varenna Drive to John and Deborah Carmichael, of Sarasota, for $659,900. Built in 2015, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area. It sold for $434,900 in 2015.

Sean Wheatland and Tanya Wheatland, of Venice, sold their home at 3371 Kenmore Drive to Oliver Diamantstein, of Sarasota, for $570,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,702 square feet of living area. It sold for $309,000 in 2016.

Yamas Homes LLC sold the home at 924 S. Conrad Ave. to Meghan Barrett Mason, of Sarasota, for $535,000. Built in 1958, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,769 square feet of living area. It sold for $276,500 in 2022.

Midnight Cove 

Lance Helsel, of Land O Lakes, sold his Unit 330 condominium at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to Lisa Buck, of Kokomo, Indiana, for $1.7 million. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 852 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,195,000 in 2005. 

AGG Sarasota LLC sold the Unit 731 condominium at 1300 Cove II Place to Magnolia Tree Properties LLC for $699,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It sold for $331,000 in 2016.


Gulf and Bay Club

Jack and Hannah Michelson, of Springfield, Virginia, sold their Unit 106 condominium at 5740 Midnight Pass Road to David Cella and Kimberly Webster, of Evanston, Illinois, for $1,695,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,757 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.1 million in 2007. 

Karin Meloch sold her Unit 205 condominium at 5790 Midnight Pass Road to Thomas Mall, trustee, of Rockford, Michigan, for $1,153,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,433 square feet of living area. It sold for $920,000 in 2021. 

Randall and Carol Vader, of Scottsdale, Arizona, sold their Unit 207 condominium at 5740 Midnight Pass Road to Paul Armideo, of Homer, New York, for $750,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,340 square feet of living area. It sold for $285,000 in 1994.

Eugene Allen Meyer, trustee, of Bedford, New York, sold the Unit 910 condominium at 5880 Midnight Pass Road to Joseph Volk and Margaret Volk, trustees, of Williamsburg, Michigan, for $1,175,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,713 square feet of living area.


Sarasota Beach

William and Patricia Shulk, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 435 Avenida Del Norte to Anthony and Jessica Hoffman, of Sarasota, for $980,000. The first property was built in 1946 and has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,696 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1949 and has one bedroom, one bath and 442 square feet of living area.

Michael Bell, of Asheville, North Carolina, sold his Unit N-29 condominium at 5964 Midnight Pass Road to Turfway Tides LLC for $835,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,043 square feet of living area. It sold for $600,000 in 2020.


Siesta Beach

Eugene Garro, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5166 Oxford Drive to Kristen and Campbell Dodson, of Siesta Key, for $880,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,291 square feet of living area. It sold for $470,000 in 2016.


Casa Mar

Tom Francis Kacprowicz and Diane Rose Kacprowicz, trustees, sold the Unit 37 condominium at 6006 Midnight Pass Road to Lynn Panega, of Crete Illinois, for $850,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 904 square feet of living area. It sold for $175,000 in 1989.


Siesta Towers

Marc Bleyer, trustee, of New York City, sold the home at 11086 Sandhill Preserve Drive to Xin Yu and Zi Fu, of Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 2017, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,695 square feet of living area. It sold for $660,300 in 2017.
