A three-property sale in Siesta Properties tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Norma Edenfield sold three properties at 8306 Sanderling Road to Scott Dunlap, trustee, of Sarasota, for $6.25 million. The first property was built in 1964, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,903 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1964, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. The third property was built in 1964, it has one bedroom, one bath and 880 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $955,000 in 1988.

Raymond and Rosalie Shmalo, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7460 Monte Verde to Robert and Judy Evans, of Excelsior, Minn., for $1.3 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a pool and 5,457 square feet of living area.

Steven Clavette and Gail Coleman, of Delafield, Wis., sold their home at 144 Puesta Del Sol to Rafael and Marly Quintero, of Lafayette, Calif., for $900,000.
