This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Jan. 9 and Jan. 13.
Donald and Carol Stephens, Lakeland, sold their Unit 602 condominium at 136 Golden Gate Point to Hal Hartle and Lane Hartle, trustees, Boca Grande, for $1.35 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,785 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.875 million in 2005.

Anthony and Barbara Franke, of Long Grove, Ill., sold their Unit 1102 condominium at 1111 Ritz Carlton Drive to Sharon Grossman and Claire Baruch, trustees, New York, for $1.25 million. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,803 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.46 million in 2001.

Christopher Cudzilo and Wendy Cudzilo sold their home at 943 Pomelo Place to Alan and Bonnie Ross, of Media, Pa., for $875,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,118 square feet of living area.

David Finkelstein and Sharna Rozin, Sarasota, sold their home at 3727 Tangier Terrace to Judy-Lynn Kinberg, Sarasota, for $523,000. Built in 1959, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,696 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 1995.

William Jeffers, of Boulder, Colo., sold his Unit 101-A condominium at 235 Cocoanut Ave. to Galina Svecova, Bradenton, for $510,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,310 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $792,000 in 2006.

Frank Pipers, Sarasota, sold his Unit 19 condominium at 1348 Landings Drive to Jeff Stephen and Connie Stephen, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $360,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,132 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,500 in 2009.

Milton Gurvitz, Sarasota, sold the Unit 13-F condominium at 1111 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Matthew Aresery and Mary Koshy, Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,577 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $145,000 in 1990.

Elaine Jerome, New York, sold her Unit 104 condominium at 1602 Starling Drive to Theodore and Nancy Isseks, of Rock Hill, N.Y., for $205,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,588 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $140,000 in 1987.
