A two-property sale in Oyster Bay Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Constantine and Catherine Marousis, of Asheville, N.C., sold two properties at 1409 S. Lake Shore Drive to Hesham and Gwendoline Elnaggar, of Sarasota, for $2.5 million. The first was built in 1957; it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,585 square feet of living area. The second was built in 1967; it has one bedrooms, one bath and 1,030 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $1.4 million in 2001.

John and Joan Killen, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8905 Bloomfield Blvd. to Shelley Beth Fagel, trustee, of Naperville, Ill., for $903,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,434 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $825,000 in 2006.

Paul Woodul, of Tulsa, Okla., sold his home at 2196 Muskogee Trail to Vincent and Maria Pelliccia, of Londonderry, N.H., for $585,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,970 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2007.
