Fred and Carolyn Rucker, of University Park, sold their Unit 201 condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to 4S&F LLC for $2,650,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,384 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.2 million in 2010.
