The following residential real estate transactions took place between May 9 and May 16.

A home in Sorrento South tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Barry and Leslye Seidel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 443 Picasso Drive to Allecia Chiodo, of Nokomis, for $1.9 million. Built in 1968, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,543 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 1997.

SARASOTA
Harbor Acres
Craig and Donna Barcomb, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1337 Vista Drive to Eclipse Partners LLC for $1.6 million. Built in 1952, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 1990.

San Remo Estates
Elizabeth Pagan, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3830 Tangier Terrace to Ric Gregoria, trustee, Joan Geyer and Nana Geyer, of Sarasota, for $1,225,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,061 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,221,500 in 2001.

Harbor View on Golden Gate Point
Kenneth and Susan Beck sold their Unit 302 condominium at 650 Golden Gate Point to William Breidenbach, of Northborough, Mass., for $965,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,949 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2013.

William and Audrey Taylor, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 32 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to George and Zahava Schillinger, of New York, for $887,500. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,836 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $387,500 in 1998.

Martin and Nance Liebgott, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 3 condominium at 1532 Selby Lane to Lynn and Deborah Johnston, of Northport, N.Y., for $825,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,124 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $885,600 in 2006.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 1006 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Harold Blum, of Sarasota, for $585,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2004.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 825 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to Patricia Ihlenburg, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $536,000 in 2003.

Carole Scutt and Norman Malcolm sold their home at 200 Cocoanut Ave. to Florida West Coast Symphony Inc. for $585,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,494 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2006.

James Courcey and James Schwartz sold their Unit 1300 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Lucy Morone, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,268 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $549,900 in 2007.
