The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 16 and March 20. A home in Harbor Acres tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kevin Schoeler, trustee, of San Francisco, sold the home at 1808 Flower Drive to Michael Kneeland and Roxzene Hunter, of Sarasota, for $2.44 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,585 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.95 million in 2012.
