Bay Island Shores home sells for $2 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 28 and May 2.

A home in Bay Island Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Samantha Lapinsky, trustees, of Malibu, Calif., sold the home at 880 Siesta Drive to Patrick and Shirley Wulf, of Sarasota, for $2 million. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,209 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.9 million in 2007.

SARASOTA
1350 Main
Veronica Meuser, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1704 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Donald Faust Jr., of Spring City, Pa., for $1.7 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,208 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,775,000 in 2008.
Joel Morganroth, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 807 condominium at 1350 Main St. to Melvin and Joanne Sykes, of Annapolis, Md., for $470,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,165 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $356,000 in 2011.

Marblehead
Steven and Melanie Nielsen, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2514 Marblehead Drive to Bruce Collison and Marisol Arzeno-McGill, of Sarasota, for $1.2 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,978 square feet of living area.

Neil and Susan Page, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1746 Hillview St. to William Takacs and Danny Crow, of Toledo, Ohio, for $1.05 million. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,321 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2011.

Lee and Linda Morgenlander, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4849 N. Peregrine Point Circle to Laura Blumberg-Cohn and Richard Epstein, of Sarasota, for $721,000. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,191 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $362,500 in 1997.

NXT Generation Real Estate of Florida LLC sold the home at 1625 Quail Drive to Michael and Roxanne Mollod, of Sarasota, for $475,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,888 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in February.
