Avondale home sells for $1.7 million

A home in Avondale tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mario and Ann Marie Govic, of Delray Beach, sold their home at 1924 Lincoln Drive to Wendy Pagan, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.7 million. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-three-half baths and 5,434 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.08 million in 2012.

M. Kevin and Teresa Moreland sold their home at 5411 Avenida Del Mare to Robert Hull and Bethany Hull, trustees, of Lexington, Va., for $980,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,695 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,249,000 in 2006.
