A condominium in Block 6 of The Quay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Charles Premone, trustee, and Terri Premone, of Henderson, Nevada, sold the Unit 1405 condominium at 401 Quay Commons to Pamela Keller, trustee, of Sarasota, for $7.53 million. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,647 square feet of living area. It sold for $6.1 million in 2022.

Edward and Lucinda Smith, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 2 condominium at 280 Golden Gate Point to Timothy and Diane Murphy, of Sarasota, for $5.45 million. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,590 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.75 million in 2020.

Jennifer Pendery, trustee, and Kenneth Pendery Jr., of Denver, sold the home at 4439 Westwood Lane to Edward and Lucinda Smith, of Sarasota, for $3 million. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,777 square feet of living area. It sold for $430,000 in 1995.
