A property in Mira Mar Beach tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. SKFL2 LLC sold the property at 117 Beach Road to Peacock Siesta LLC for $2,625,000. The main house was built in 1940 and has two bedrooms, one bath and 984 square feet of living area. The guest cottage was built in 1940 and has one bedroom, one bath and 360 square feet of living area. They sold for $1.8 million in 2021.
Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 204 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Jay Greenblatt and Joyce Green, of Sarasota, for $830,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 2004.
South Gate
Michael Corbett, of Bradenton, sold his home at 2723 Sheridan Drive to Aryeh Samuel Weinstein, of Sarasota, for $555,000. Built in 1961, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,829 square feet of living area. It sold for $117,500 in 1999.

Portofino Drive to Divita Family Partnership LP for $900,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area.
