A two-property sale in Point O’Rocks Terrace tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Donald Williams, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 1109 Crescent St. and 1117 Crescent St. to SKRE LLC for $1.6 million. The property at 1117 was built in 1965, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 1,708 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $540,000 in 2014.

Tatyana Mullin, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1670 Bayview Drive to Charles Shoneman and Merle Gordon Shoneman, of Washington, D.C., for $1,017,000.
