The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 2 and Dec. 5.

A home in Cherokee Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Clarence and Michelle Reilly, of Caseyville, Ill., sold their home at 1655 South Drive to Scott and Julie Smith, of Sarasota, for $2.1 million. Built in 2011, it has four bedrooms, four baths, three-half baths and 5,634 square feet of living area.

Andrew Owens Jr. sold his home at 4201 Bay Shore Road to Louise Minges, of Sarasota, for $1.85 million. Built in 1950, it has five bedrooms, two baths and 2,306 square feet of living area.

Bungalow Hill
William and Twila Parrott, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1025 Orange Ave. to Robert and Lisa Morris, of Sarasota, for $830,000. Built in 1940, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,985 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2005.

Plaza at the Five Points
Nicholas and Susan DeBellis, of Ridgefield, Conn., sold their Unit 15A condominium at 50 Central Ave. to Philip and Marta Grande, of Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,595 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $758,400 in 2012.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 209 condominium at 1301 N. Tamiami Trail to Rita Basist, of Sarasota, for $625,000. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,546 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,500 in 2000.

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 623 condominium at 1299 N. Tamiami Trail to Christine Roll, of Sarasota, for $612,800. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,790 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $627,000 in 2003.

Lawrence Pointe
GMNJ Family Ltd. Partnership sold the Unit 103 condominium at 101 Sunset Drive to Ben Tucker and Phyllis Johnston, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,778 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1996.

Embassy House
William Lenck, of Prince George’s, Md., sold his Unit 1804 condominium at 770 S. Palm Ave. to Bella Vista on Palm LLC for $545,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,408 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $180,000 in 1996.

Rivo at Ringling
Wilfred and Jeanette Becker, of Sarasota, sold their Unit PH104 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Ingrid Presser, trustee, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,735 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2009.

Alinari
Herbert Ehrenthal and Judith Glick, of New York, sold their Unit 1503 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Steven Osgood, of Hudson, Ohio, for $480,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2007.

Aqualane Estates
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 1505 Ridgewood Lane to Ward and Roseann Larsen, of Sarasota, for $421,000. Built in 1960, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,370 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $782,000 in 2004.

Avigale and Ryan McLoughlin sold their home at 333 Edmondson Ave. to Lawrence and Deanna Reams, of Sarasota, for $1.55 million. Built in 1929, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,859 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2010.

Paradise Island
Scott and Annette Seitz, of Sarasota, sold their home at 338 Avenida De Paradisio to John and Stephanie Roberts, of Zionsville, Ind., for $722,500. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,735 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1999.

Harbour Towne
Peter Urbain and Donna Ruiz-Urbain sold their Unit 217 condominium at 1303 Dockside Place to John and Mayra Schmidt, of West Orange, N.J., for $682,500. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,737 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2011.

Gulf View
Patrick Hebda sold two homes at 1136 Windsong Lane to Salerno Development LLC for $500,000. The first home, built in 1961, has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath and 1,672 square feet of living area. The second home, built in 1967, has one bedroom, one bath and 416 square feet of living area. They previously sold for $439,000 in 2003.

Thunderbird Investment Corp. sold the Unit 207 condominium at 420 Beach Road to 420 Beach Road LLC for $500,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,316 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 1997.

Federal National Mortgage sold the home at 5021 Midnight Pass Road to Craig Huss, of Sarasota, for $452,500. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,504 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $755,000 in 2005.

Mark Flannagan sold his home at 648 Tropical Circle to David and Michelle McKeever, of Sarasota, for $449,500. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,910 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2012.

Mangroves
Patricia Donovan, trustee, sold the home at 1233 Sea Plume Way to Maura Guthrie, of Dallas, for $450,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2012.

Siestas Bayside
U.S. Bank, trustee, sold the home at 611 Venice Lane to Dale Defreitas and Francesca Drago, of Ontario, Canada, for $375,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,888 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2005.

Pointe on Midnight Pass
Norman Smyke, trustee, of Concord, Ohio, sold the Unit 702 condominium at 9393 Midnight Pass Road to Michael Gibson, of Sarasota, for $352,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,029 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $187,000 in 1996.

Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club
The Algoma Group sold the Unit 305 condominium at 5912 Midnight Pass Road to Dennis and Jeannie Mack, of Redlands, Calif., for $345,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2002.

Whispering Sands
John Fecko, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 106 condominium at 225 Hourglass Way to 225 Hourglass LLC for $312,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2012.

Sandy Cove
Patrick Johnson, of Sarasota, sold his Unit 216 condominium at 216 Pass Key Road to Suman Nayak and Vinay Naya, of Somerset, N.J., for $210,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 998 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $138,000 in 1999.

Edward and Lucie Bernstein, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5744 Ferrara Drive to Roger and Sheila Christensen, trustees, of Sarasota, for $455,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,600 in 2002.

Albert and Colleen Khleif, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5114 Glade Fern Court to James Freeman, of Jacksonville, for $410,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,861 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2002.

Equine Real Estate LLC sold the home at 5153 Highbury Circle to Cara Santamaria, of Sarasota, for $374,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,053 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,100 in June.

La Vista
Richard and Loretta Stern, of Homeward, Ill., sold their home at 7500 Calle Facil to Russell and Marilyn Seifert, of Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths, one half-bath, a pool and 2,574 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $270,000 in 1995.

Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club
James and Nancy Carpenter, of Setauket, N.Y., sold their home at 9552 Forest Hills Circle to Nicholas Lefevre, trustee, of Noblesville, Ind., for $345,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,765 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2008.

Poonam Ghay sold her home at 5021 Sturbridge Court to Roger Schuhmacher and Isabelle Chaumas, of Sarasota, for $283,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $154,900 in 1997.

Peter Michael, of Sarasota, sold his home at 5692 Cabrera Court to Kimberly Reifert, of Sarasota, for $272,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,846 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $215,000 in 2010.

Roger and Patricia Quail, of Grouville, United Kingdom, sold their Unit 2126 condominium at 9480 High Gate Drive to Rudolf Sprengel and Semara Sprengel, trustees, of Schonaich, Germany, for $265,000. Alan and Christina Fyfe, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 94 condominium at 3930 Wilshire Drive to Nicholas Macelletti Jr., of Sarasota, for $203,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 2003.

Richard and Pamela Rogers, of Sarasota, sold their home at 643 Fernwalk Lane to Stanislaw and Dorota Lukasik and Przemyslaw Lukasik, of Krakow, Poland, for $1.3 million. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, four baths, one half-bath, a pool and 5,246 square feet of living area.

Stephen Zuzich, Michael Zuzich and Paul Zuzich sold their home at 2001 White Feather Lane to Gregory Johnson and Jesse Hughett, of Nokomis, for $268,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,030 square feet of living area.
