From barking in downward dog to hissing in cobra, Yoga from the Heart's Pretzel Yoga class for children ages 5 to 10 explores yoga in a fun and interesting way. Taught by Alex Miller, the class (which is optional for parents) used animated poses, yoga stories and basic stretching exercises Wednesday, July 21, to promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness.
