Christopher Paul Quinn and Reyna Rosanna Quinn sold their home at 426 Cleveland Drive to Gregory Leonard, of Sarasota, for $4 million. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,396 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.45 million in 2011.
Anthony and Nadia Rendina, of W. Chicago, Illinois, sold their home at 464 Meadow Lark Drive to William Caine Jr. and Temmy Caine, trustees, of Sarasota, for $3.93 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,437 square feet of living area. It sold for $3,617,500 in 2023.
Gregory Leonard, of Sarasota, sold his home at 410 Meadow Lark Drive to John Michael Holland and Katherine Holland, of Lake Forest, Illinois, for $3.4 million. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,257 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.45 million in 2023.
