Top residential real estate sales for March 11-15 in Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird Key

A condominium in Sage LBK tops the week's sales at $5.65 million.

A condominium in Sage LBK tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. 4750 Ocean Blvd. LLC sold the Unit 102 condominium at 4651 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Terrance and Kimberly Schneider, of Longboat Key, for $5.65 million. Built in 2023, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths and 4,024 square feet of living area. It sold for $4,578,900 in 2023.


Bay Isles

Sandra and Peter Morris, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3521 Bayou Pointe to Neil Moskowitz, of Longboat Key, for $3.85 million. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,687 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.75 million in 2013.


L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

Maria Georgiev, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit K-705 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Michael Booth, trustee, of Alpha, Ohio, for $2,900,100. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,634 square feet of living area. It sold for $772,500 in 1994.


John Ringling Estates

Fazzone LLC sold the home at 354 Monroe Drive to Ryan Fugit and Valerie Fugit, trustees, of Los Gatos, California, for $2.2 million. Built in 1950, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,112 square feet of living area. It sold for $625,000 in 2009.


Grand Bay

Diana Verma, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 383 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to William Herman and Sandra Herman, trustees, of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, for $1.6 million. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area. It sold for $660,000 in 1998.


Key Towers South

Michael and Susan Nowicki, of Hamburg, New York, sold their Unit 5-C condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Glebe Street Investments LLC for $1.35 million. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,364 square feet of living area. It sold for $545,000 in 2003.


Sleep Lagoon Park

Jurgen and Christine Wache sold their home at 747 Marbury Lane to Dean and Laura Trudeau, of Van Buren Township, Michigan, for $1.35 million. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,353 square feet of living area. It sold for $762,500 in 2019.


Inn on the Beach

Amy and Paul Eccher, trustees, of Geneva, Illinois, sold the Unit 3503 condominium at 230 Sands Point Road to David Ryland, of Sarasota, for $1,125,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 634 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 2019.

Fairway Bay

Samuel and Mary Lynn Carubba, of Pinehurst, North Carolina, sold their Unit 312 condominium at 2016 Harbourside Drive to Anne Simpson, trustee, of Maize, Kansas, for $740,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It sold for $289,500 in 2012.


The Shore

RKD Real Estate LLC sold the Unit 110 condominium at 5757 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Graham and Lynne Cherrington, of Longboat Key, for $660,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,561 square feet of living area. It sold for $675,000 in 2022.


Sarasota Harbour Apartments

Kim David Walker, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 23 condominium at 767 John Ringling Blvd. to Wayne LaFlamboy III, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1963, it has one bedroom, one bath and 612 square feet of living area. It sold for $200,000 in 2019.
