The largest penthouse in the Bayso condominium tower in The Quay is available, and now at a half-million dollars less than its original listing.

According to county property tax records, it was first sold by the developer in December 2023 for $3.56 million. The indoor living space is complemented by an additional 1,500 square feet of outdoor patio areas. The primary bedroom offers easy access to the lanai and an open balcony offers non-obstructed views. The residence includes two guest suites with private baths, a separate bonus/den area, a powder room, laundry room, two guest parking spaces and a storage locker.

The kitchen includes wood and quartz countertops, European cabinetry, upscale appliances and a large island. There is also an additional prep kitchen.
