A home in John Ringling Estates tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Andrew and Judith Economos, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 25 S. Washington Drive to Nicholas Lee Reinhart, of Sarasota, for $7.4 million. Built in 1936, it has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,258 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.4 million 2020.
Thomas Anthony Partington and Barbara Partington, of Cheshire, United Kingdom, sold their home at 442 Cleveland Drive to Annette Swanson, trustee, of St. Paul, Minnesota, for $5.3 million. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,947 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.9 million 2010.
Michael Bowe, of St. Louis, sold his home at 6021 Emerald Harbor Drive to Stephen Richard Walter and Janet Huey Walter, of Longboat Key, for $2 million. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,002 square feet of living area.

Pauline Young, trustee, of Traverse City, Michigan, sold the Unit 105 condominium at 615 Dream Island Place to Veronica Carol Galant-Stenger, of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, for $912,500. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,293 square feet of living area. It sold for $425,000 in 2010.
Imrich Pcola, of Slovakia, sold the home at 763 Saint Judes Drive N. to Gjon Gojcaj and Katrina Berishaj, of Longboat Key, for $881,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,780 square feet of living area. It sold for $200,000 in 2001.
Carl and Karen Myers sold their Unit 206 condominium at 4960 Gulf of Mexico Drive to John Bullock, of Longboat Key, for $827,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,152 square feet of living area. It sold for $350,000 in 2018.
