Top residential real estate sales for Aug. 7-11 in Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird Key

A home in Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Brenda Dykgraaf and Jose Ignacio Monsalve Cadena sold their home at 2126 Bird Key Drive to Michael Bonasera, trustee, of Sarasota, for $5.6 million. Built in 1961, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,287 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.6 million in 2018.

Lido Beach

535 S Boulevard LLC sold the home at 535 S. Blvd. of the Presidents to The Bryn Mawr Trust Co. of Delaware, trustee, for $5.3 million. Built in 1936, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths and 3,864 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,575,000 in 2019.

Buttonwood Harbor

James and Kathy Powers, of Osprey, sold their home at 603 Buttonwood Drive to James Charles, of Longboat Key, for $3,925,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,413 square feet of living area.

Sunset Beach

Central Trust Bank, trustee, sold the Unit 3505 condominium at 2105 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Douglass Myers, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $2,555,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,837 square feet of living area. It sold for $427,500 in 1991.

Queens Harbour

Bertram Rapowitz, trustee, of Beachwood, Ohio, sold the home at 3617 Fair Oaks Place to Richard and Lauren Minero, of Longboat Key, for $1,995,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,950 square feet of living area. It sold for $454,000 in 1995.

Country Club Shores

Doreen Dupont, of Ellenton, sold her home at 512 Ranger Lane to LaVern and Linda Bremmer, of Whitmore Lake, Michigan, for $1,275,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,620 square feet of living area. It sold for $250,000 in 1994.

Mark Weaver sold his Unit 301 condominium at 4311 Gulf of Mexico Drive to QH20 23 LLC for $1,040,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,239 square feet of living area. It sold for $499,000 in 2019.

Byron and Marguerite Alpers, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 523 condominium at 523 Bayport Way to William and Paulette LeBlanc, of Longboat Key, for $650,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It sold for $430,000 in 2015.

Lido Towers

Daniel and Suzanne Bohen, of Buffalo, New York, sold their Unit 303 condominium at 1001 Benjamin Franklin Drive to James Musillo Jr., trustee, of McMurray, Pennsylvania, for $515,000. Built in 1980, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 813 square feet of living area. It sold for $436,000 in 2006.
