The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 6 and Jan. 10.

A condominium in Winding Oaks tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Ira and Beverly Peterman, of Redding, Conn., sold their Unit 8 condominium at 3415 Winding Oaks Drive to Johannes and Nicole Westrick, of Longboat Key, for $710,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,679 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $670,000 in 2003.

The Players Club
Godfrey and A. Bernice Lancashire sold their Unit 305 condominium at 1485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jane Barber, trustee, of Chestnut Hill, Mass., for $415,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,569 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 1999.

Silver Sands
FL Silver Sands LLC sold the Unit 255 condominium at 5841 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dino and Charlene Savarino, of Highland, Ind., for $370,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2010.

Seaplace
Alexander and Radmilla Klashnya, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit G7-105-G condominium at 1935 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Marinell Baker, of Anchorage, Ky., for $330,800. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,068 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $174,000 in 1993.

Lido Harbour Towers

Barbara Cincotta, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 703 condominium at 1770 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Giuseppe Marchese, of Kingsville, Md., for $510,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,168 square feet of living area.

Lido Surf and Sand
Gustavo Day, of Raleigh, N.C., sold his Unit 414 condominium at 1102 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Thomas Rooney, of Woburn, Mass., for $382,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,213 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $84,300 in 1978.

ST. ARMANDS
Sarasota Harbour East

Frier and Tweedie McCollister, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 21 condominium at 775 John Ringling Blvd. to Richard Rapold and Stella Woon Ming Siu, of Sarasota, for $330,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 938 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Harbour Apartments
Patricia Jameson sold her Unit 24 condominium at 767 John Ringling Blvd. to Priscilla and Desiderius Strakovits, of Plymouth, Mich., for $256,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $68,500 in 1984.

Second Longboat Harbour
Deborah Munitz, trustee, of Solon, Ohio, sold the Unit 107 condominium at 4430 Exeter Drive to Jacqueline Murphy and James Murphy, trustees, of Overland Park, Kansas, for $245,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2003.
