+ Wagner Realty announces its top agents for May
Wagner Realty has announced its top agents for the month of May. Listing honors went to Debra Ibasfalean, of the Longboat Key office, and Jerry Martinek, of the Anna Maria Island office. Sales honors went to Margot Robinson, of the Longboat Key office, and Maria Balaz, of the Anna Maria Island office.

+ SAR announces strong sales numbers for May
The Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR) announced that members reported 796 sales during May, which makes it the second-highest monthly total in six years. Only March, during which 800 sales were reported, was stronger in terms of total sales. The median condominium sales price was $218,750, the highest since October 2009, while the median single-family home price was $159,000, just under the March median price of $159,000.
