Lighthouse Point home sells for $2.96 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 28 and May 2.

A home in Lighthouse Point tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kenneth and Trish Sanborn sold their home at 65 Lighthouse Point Drive to Peter Trematerra, of Longboat Key, for $2.96 million. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3,724,000 in 2007.

Longboat Key Estates
Robert Winfree, personal representative, and The Northern Trust Co., trustee, sold the home at 554 Jessmyth Drive to Scott and Tami Charlton, of Houston, for $1 million. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,700 square feet of living area.

Country Club Shores
Bruce Goldsen, trustee, of Adrian, Mich., sold the home at 551 Putting Green Lane to Jeffrey Levey and Roberta Schaefer, of Bradenton, for $799,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,385 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,100 in 2011.

Sea Gate Club
Katherine Matthews, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 15-C condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Louis Frisina, of Sarasota, for $725,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $282,500 in 1998.

Seaplace
Richard Kelertas and Julie Belzil sold their Unit M1-309-H condominium at 2045 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Paul Curley and Debra O’Rourke, of Ontario, Canada, for $649,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2011.

Corey’s Landing
Gladys Bernstein sold her home at 3471 Byron Lane to Ron and Elizabeth Plashkes, of Ontario, Canada, for $490,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,481 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $364,300 in 1991.

Fairway Bay
Richard and Patricia Wagner and Frank Swanson, of Osprey, sold their Unit 402 condominium at 1908 Harbourside Drive to Harold Wheeler III, of Somerset, Pa., for $449,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $400,000 in 2013.

Hanspeter Lochmeier, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 122 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to Guido Schuler, of Jupiter, for $280,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,192 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1992.

Gene and Jacqueline Wenstrom, of Elbow Lake, Minn., sold their Unit 4-G condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Rodney and Monica Moore, of Goshen, Ind., for $439,900. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $177,000 in 1999.

Bayport Beach and Tennis Club
Allen Meis, trustee, of Cincinnati, sold the Unit 732 condominium at 732 Bayport Way to Joseph Orzano, of Reno, Nev., for $435,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1992.

Arbomar Apartments
Lawrence and Bernadette Fawber, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 503 condominium at 4485 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jeffrey Pierce, of Minneapolis, for $410,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,022 square feet of living area.

Longboat Harbour
Gregg Stanley, of Southampton, N.Y., sold his Unit 105 condominium at 4440 Exeter Drive to Thomas Vitro, of Lake Geneva, Wis., for $270,500. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area.

Pelican Harbour and Beach Club
Sara Freeman, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit U-1 condominium at 4234 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jack Willey and Margaret Willey, trustees, of Cleveland, Mo., for $260,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,150 square feet of living area.

Cedars East
Douglas Jingst and Mary Miller, of Shepherdsville, Ky., sold their Unit 36 condominium at 843 Evergreen Way to Anthony and Lorraine DeVita, of Seaford, N.Y., for $250,000. Built in 1991, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2004.

ST. ARMANDS
Sarasota Harbour East

Richard Rapold and Stella Woon-Ming Siu, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 34 condominium at 771 John Ringling Blvd. to Walter and Kathleen Panchyn, of Merrick, N.Y., for $275,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 820 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $72,000 in 1983.
