Grand Bay condo sells for $965,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 23 and Nov. 27.

A condominium in Grand Bay tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. David and Karen Meister, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 333 condominium at 3030 Grand Bay Blvd. to John and Allison Care, of Newtown, Pa., for $965,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,369 square feet of living area.

Geoffrey and Joann Pappas, of Niskayuna, N.Y., sold their Unit 505 condominium at 4525 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark and Kathie Methven, of Weston, for $800,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,398 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2014.

Islander Club of Longboat
Erden Kimel, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 61-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Donna DePhillips, of Old Tappan, N.J., for $570,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $42,600 in 1971.

Spanish Main Yacht Club
Robert Porter Jr., trustee, of Green Cove Spring, sold the Unit 57 condominium at 957 Spanish Drive N. to David and Linda Church, of Decatur, Ga., for $555,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,399 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $468,000 in 2010.

Guy and Marolyne Goodall, of San Diego, sold their Unit 74 condominium at 930 Spanish Drive S. to Peter and Adelena Pullella, of Berlin, N.J., for $335,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,357 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $252,000 in 2014.

Victor Moss, of Longboat Key, sold his Unit 106-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gennady Katsnelson and Ruth Moss-Katsnelson, of West Bloomfield, Mich., for $455,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1979.

Donald and Martena Schoenweiss, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 502 condominium at 800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Peter and Sheryl Quinn, of Altamont, N.Y., for $485,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1993.
