Country Club Shores home sells for $1.4 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 1 and Dec. 5.

A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Christopher and Janice Grzep, of Sarasota, sold their home at 561 Spinnaker Lane to Marcel Lignon and Fabienne Le Gall, of St. Barthelemy, France, for $1.4 million. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,558 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 1994.

Emerald Harbor
David and Rosemarie Carter, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 741 Binnacle Point Drive to Alejandro and Denise Salabarria, of Longboat Key, for $1.25 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 4,107 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2004.

Beachplace III
Farris and Victoria Carpenter, trustees, of Longwood, sold the Unit 202 condominium at 1055 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 1055 Gulf of Mexico Drive LLC for $660,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,392 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $230,000 in 1989.

Windward Bay
Campbell Wells Properties LLC sold the Unit PH-1 condominium at 4540 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Brian and Deborah Foster, of Westhampton Beach, N.Y., for $390,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,337 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,000 in 2013.

Longboat Arms
Michael and Carol McCarthy, of Chicago, sold their Unit 303D condominium at 3330 Gulf of Mexico Drive to The Longboat Island Chapel Inc. for $335,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,106 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $269,500 in 2013.

Longboat Harbour
Daniel and Rosalie Brogan, of Glen Mills, Pa., sold their Unit 308 condominium at 4330 Falmouth Drive to Ronald Malone and Alan Malone, of Longboat Key, for $275,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two bath and 1,092 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2005.
