L’Ambiance condo Unit 901 sold Nov. 3 for $3.3 million.

Reid Murphy, of Developers Realty Inc., was the listing agent for the ninth-floor condo, and the buyer’s agent was Cheryl Loeffler, of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

The 3,220-square-foot condo has three bedrooms, three baths and two half-baths. It has a two-car garage, private elevator and 12-foot ceilings.

L’Ambiance has 190 units. Unit 901 was built in 1994.
