Avignon Villas condo sells for $670,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between January 25 and January 29.

A condominium in Avignon Villas tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Veronica Frontera, of Indian Shores, and James Rial and Ann Frontera-Rial, of Arlington, Va., sold their Unit 8 condominium at 5611 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Heath and Laurie Guido, of Valrico, for $670,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1991.

Country Club Shores
REES 619 LLC sold the home at 524 Halyard Lane to SRQ Bayshore LLC for $655,100. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,668 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $830,000 in 2007.

Sands Point
John Garment, of Westport, Conn., sold his Unit 221 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to John and Sally Kuss, of Hudson, Ohio, for $595,000. Built in 1966, it has one bedroom, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $128,000 in 1983.

Tarawitt Drive
Edmond and Cheryl Bloom, of Sarasota, sold their home at 810 Tarawitt Drive to Cadence Bank for $378,200. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,188 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2007.

William Spence Jr., of Sarasota, sold his Unit 21 condominium at 1 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Frances Ganay, of New York City, and Anne Seidlitz, Washington, D.C., for $525,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,389 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $212,000 in 1997.

Anthony and Mary Lagunovich sold their Unit 506 condominium at 350 S. Polk Drive to Richard and Linda Kamph, of Woodstock, Ga., for $465,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,036 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $130,000 in 1988.
