Baseball

The Out-of-Door Academy beat St. Petersburg Catholic 9-1. Senior Cam Smalley had three doubles and an RBI. 

Lakewood Ranch beat Berkeley Prep 6-5. Junior Dylan Buck had a double and a triple (2 RBI) in the win. 

Football

Braden River junior cornerback Tyrone Collins tore his ACL last month, and is expected to miss most of next season. 

Tennis

The Out-of-Door Academy boys team beat Shorecrest Prep 6-1. Individual results: 

- Jack Ledford (SP) def. Josh Samuel (ODA) 6-1, 6-3

- Matt Jones (ODA) def. Mathuew Danielson (SP) 7-6 (7-0), 6-2

- Phillip Chiritesco (ODA) def. Casey Reich (SP) 6-3-6-4

- Marius Bschorer (ODA) def. Stefan Bilanovic (SP) 6-3, 6-4

- Andrew Chiritescu (ODA) def. Kyle Levine (SP) 7-6 (7-4), 6-1

- Samuel/Chiristescu (ODA) def. Ledford/Reich (SP) 9-7

- Jones/Bschorer (ODA) def. Danielson/Bilanovic (SP) 9-7

The ODA girls team lost 7-0 to Shorecrest Prep.

The Lakewood Ranch girls team lost 7-0 to Riverview. 

Golf

John DelGrande and Len Baggerman (7) won the Men's Golf Association quota points event at Palm Aire Country Club. 

Joseph Ciampa, Nick Davella, Tom Gentile and Mike Wachter (-5.19) won the Nine Hole Men's Golf Association scramble event at Palm Aire Country Club. 

At University Park Country Club's Men's Golf Association two-man best ball event, Michael Levitan & Jim Neale (121) won Flight 1, and Michael Smith & James Cobb (127) won Flight 2.
