Softball

Lakewood Ranch defeated Manatee 18-0 in five innings. Mustangs senior Kinsey Goelz went 3-4 with two doubles and four RBI. 

Braden River beat Armwood 14-0 in five innings. Pirates freshman Emma Anthony hit two home runs and ended the night with five RBI. 

The Out-of-Door Academy beat Imagine School of North Port 23-8. The win is the first in the program's history. 

Baseball

Braden River beat Armwood 10-0 in 5 innings. Pirates senior John Bean threw a complete game shutout and went 3-3 at the plate with an RBI.

Lakewood Ranch defeated Manatee 4-2. Mustangs pitcher Pablo Garabitos had 13 strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings, and senior Colton Zimring had three RBI. 

Lacrosse

The Out-of-Door Academy girls team lost 23-11 to Newsome. 

Tennis

The Lakewood Ranch boys team lost 7-0 to Riverview. 

The Out-of-Door Academy boys team beat Bradenton Christian 7-0. Individual results:

The ODA girls team also defeted Bradenton Christian 7-0. Individual results:

Golf

Barbara Gold won the Palm Aire Country Club Women's Golf Association individual low net event, shooting 64. 

Racing

Braden River Middle School seventh-grader Conner Dutting-Morrell, 12, won his first United Sprint Car Series 600 race at Hattiesburg Speedway in Mississippi on March 3.
