Bird Key home sells for $2.55 million

A home on Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Geoffrey and Eva Bicknell, of Sarasota, sold their home at 665 N. Owl Drive to Jeffrey Lesage and Sandra Lesage, trustees, of Sarasota, for $2.55 million. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2014.

Longboat Key Towers

LSDS United LP sold the Unit N-403 condominium at 603 Longboat Club Road to Robert and Gladys Nadeau, of Longboat Key, for $657,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,458 square feet of area. It sold for $270,000 in 1985.

The Water Club at Longboat Key

William Hogan, of Hogan Holdings 23 LLC sold the Unit 506 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Arthur Armitage and Catherine Armitage, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1,575,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,650 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2006.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club

William and Margaret Richlin sold their Unit A-501 condominium at 575 Sanctuary Drive to Dan Fager and Linda Bass Fager, trustees, of Arlington, Va., for $1.36 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,785 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.01 million in 2010.

L’Elegance on Lido Beach

Nancy Laudando, of Sarasota, sold her Unit B-408 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Geoffrey and Eva Bicknell, of Sarasota, for $1.02 million. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,700 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $549,000 in 2012.

Emerald Harbor

Robert Steinmetz and Nancy Steinmetz, trustees, of Longboat Key, sold the home at 691 Old Compass Road to James Cushman II, of Atlanta, Ga., for $895,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $712,500 in 2015.
