McDonald's robbed in Bradenton

An East County McDonald's was robbed at gunpoint early Friday morning by two men.

According to a Manatee County Sheriff's Office report, two men wearing ski masks and armed with handguns entered the McDonald's at 604 67th Street Circle East, just off State Road 64, at approximately 3:10 a.m. and demanded money from the safe.

One of the men escorted the manager to the safe while the other forced the remaining two employees at the fast-food restaurant to lie on the floor after taking their possessions.

The two suspects fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. There were no injuries.
