Circle K store on 53rd Avenue robbed at gunpoint

Manatee County Sheriff's Office deputies are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Tuesday at 6:09 a.m. at the Circle K convenience store at 3304 53rd Ave., E., Bradenton.

The Sheriff's Office reported the suspect as a white male, between 20 and 30 years old. Witnesses said the suspect "came into the store, took a drink from the cooler, then pointed a gun at the clerk demanding money."

The suspect fled the store with an undermined amount of cash. No one was injured.
