Riverdale’s $2 million sale tops week’s transactions

A home in Riverdale topped all transactions in the week’s real estate. Barry and Sandy Severs sold their home at 4219 Hawk Island Drive to Stephen and Lynn Kukanza, of Cincinnati, for $2,087,500. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,842 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.5 million in 2012.

Edgewater Village
Georgette Bertges, of Bradenton, sold her home at 6646 Windjammer Place to George and Kathleen Rahal, of Sarasota, for $579,900. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,345 square feet of living area.

Misty Oaks
Randall Gilmore, of Sarasota, sold his home at 6115 Misty Oaks St. to James and Michelle Matson, of Kingston, Mass., for $520,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,882 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $390,000 in 2011.
