A new recreational vehicle park is making its way to East County.

In the next two weeks, Stephen and Deborah Simone, along with their daughter Lisa, are opening Timberlane RV Park & Resort on State Road 64 East, less than a mile east of Interstate 75.

The park, which will sit at 7500 S.R. 64 E., will include 49 RV sites and a 1-acre lake when it opens. The Simones, though, have plans to eventually have 108 RV sites on the 12.5 acres of property. Plans are also in the works for a pool, recreation center, laundry facilities and a second lake.

The Simones are waiting for their certificate of occupancy for the county.

The park will accept daily, weekly and monthly rates, with a 15% discount offered on rates until the park’s amenities are completed and available in the fall. Sites will have power, water and sewer connections, along with complimentary Wi-Fi for guests.

For more information on the park, contact Lisa Simone at 714-642-6964 or [email protected].
