Ranch C.C. home sells for $1,425,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 27 and March 2.

A home in Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Stephen and Dana Jacobs, of Far Hills, N.J., sold their home at 7018 Portmarnock Place to Barbara Schneiderman, trustee, of Bloomfield, Mich., for $1,425,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 6,314 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2009.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
ACPA Land Investments LLC and LVI Land Investments LLC sold the home at 12516 Thornhill Court to Dennis and Judith Johnson, of Milford, Mich., for $370,000. Built in 2011, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,992 square feet of living area.

Randall and Kathleen Wright, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7123 Sandhills Place to Richard Hagenbach, trustee, of Brighton, Mich., for $290,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,753 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2010.

River Club South
Theresa O’Day, trustee, Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 9510 Old Hyde Park Place to Robert and Janet Morrone, of Redmond, Wash., for $490,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,055 square feet of living area.

Bruce Bachofer and Charles Rushing, of St. Charles, Mo., sold their home at 7586 Tori Way to Ali and Carolyn Bazzi, Lakewood Ranch, for $377,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,574 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Ronald Kutz and Beverly Parker, trustee, Bradenton, sold the home at 10017 Day Lily Court to Joseph and Sheryll Parisi, of Holland, Pa., for $480,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,114 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,800 in 2003.

Greenbrook Village
Stephen Coppa sold his home at 6419 Indigo Bunting Place to John and Barbara Thornton, trustees, Lakewood Ranch, for $412,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,258 square feet of living area.

Heritage Harbour
Martin and Karolina Svobodova, Sarasota, sold their home at 7808 River Preserve Drive to Norman and Lorraine Manning, Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,672 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2008.

The Links at Palm-Aire
Joseph and Lois Sandford, of Cary, N.C., sold their home at 7324 Links Court to Rockney and Lisa DeMello, Sarasota, for $355,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,564 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $252,500 in 1998.

Edgewater Village
Harriet Investments Group Ltd. sold the home at 8424 Sailing Loop to John and Frances Rayeur, Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,070 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2010.

John DeStefano, Bradenton, sold his home at 8429 Misty Morning Court to William Nation Jr. and Carolyn Lowry, of Springfield, Mo., for $335,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,127 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,900 in 2005.

Summerfield
Matthew and Lori Bower, Bradenton, sold their home at 11315 Pine Lilly Place to Melissa Wendel, Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,379 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2000.

Mill Creek
Rosemary Bologna, Bradenton, sold her home at 14910 17th Ave. E. to Wen Wilson, Palmetto, for $295,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,161 square feet of living area.

Palm-Aire
Harold Seligman, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 6816 Country Lakes Circle to Richard Pfenninger, Sarasota, for $287,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,312 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $210,000 in 1996.

Riverdale Revised
Robert Johnson, of Lafayette, Ind., sold his home at 4523 Fourth Ave. N.E. to Michael Bloomfield, of Hamilton, Ohio, for $285,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $165,800 in 1996.

Jeff Sweenor sold his home at 173 Americas Cup Blvd. to Brent and Janie McKellar, Bradenton, for $242,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,433 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,000 in 2011.

Braden Woods
Well Fargo Bank, N.A., sold the home at 9011 63rd Ave. Drive E. to Don Diamond, Sarasota, for $238,900. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,543 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $419,900 in 2004.

Central Park
Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 11509 Gramercy Park Ave. to Jose and Ines Lechuga, Lakewood Ranch, for $229,900. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,847 square feet of living area.

Braden River Ranchettes
Luis Gonzalez, Bradenton, sold his home at 7211 32nd Ave. E. to Warren Zapata, Bradenton, for $229,700. Built in 1976, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,600 in 2010.

River Place
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 7041 74th St. Circle E. to Stuart and Anneliese Barnette, Bradenton, for $221,900. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,942 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,500 in 2006.

Greenfield Plantation
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 719 Old Quarry Road to Frank and Sanra Grondahl, Bradenton, for $221,500. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,908 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2004.

Tailfeather Way at Tara
Franco Dondin and Silvana Baracchi, Miami Beach, sold their home at 6690 Tailfeather Way to Robert and Chelsea Taylor, of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $220,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,894 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,800 in 2004.

Whitebridge Court
Michael and Jane Lancaster sold their home at 6305 Walton Heath Place to Ronald and Carol Goldenberg, of Margate, N.J., for $205,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2005.

Woodlake Villas at Palm Aire
Richard and Nancy Washburn, of Mayfield, N.Y., sold their Unit 5904 condominium at 5904 Doral Drive to Patricia Hickman and William Hickman, trustees, Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,000 in 2004.

Empimenio and Wendy Hernandez, Braden River, sold their home at 15423 27th Court E. to Clifford and Stacie Pardue, Parrish, for $235,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,653 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2007.

Foxbrook
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 4603 Lake Fox Place to Donald and Karen Byrd, Parrish, for $223,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,361 square feet of living area.

River Wilderness
Bonnie and Dennis Powell, Port Orange, sold their home at 12159 Red Leaf Road to Paul and Deborah Carter, Parrish, for $220,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,991 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $285,000 in 2008.
