County to adopt budget

The Manatee County Board of County Commissioners tonight will hold a public hearing to adopt its 2012 Fiscal Year budget.

The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Sept. 15 at the county's administrative building, 1112 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton.

Commissioners will hear a staff presentation and public comments before voting on the budget and final millage rates.
