Wildlife photographer and retired veterinarian Dr. Lou Newman will showcase approximately 50 of his photographs in his new show, “Wildlife Babies: Wildlife Youngsters of Animals and Birds,” at Plymouth Harbor’s Mezzanine Art Gallery, 700 John Ringling Blvd.

Newman is known locally for his photographs of birds, including the swan family of the Harbour Links pond on Longboat Key, however, he has photographed birds and other wildlife on six continents.

The opening reception for the Plymouth Harbor show takes place from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 7. The exhibit continues through Oct. 20.
