OBITUARY: Bryant Eugene Hall

Bryant Eugene Hall, 80, of Longboat Key, died Nov. 16.

Raised and educated in Fairmount, N.Y. an Solvay, N.Y., he was a veteran of the Navy Air Corps and worked for R.H. Donnelley Yellow Pages for 36 years in Syracuse, N.Y., Wilton, Conn., Las Vegas and Maitland.

Mr. Hall is remembered as a pay-it-forward man who loved helping others. He was a youth counselor and basketball coach at Bellevue Methodist Church in Syracuse and a founding member of Christ Church of Longboat Key, Presbyterian, where he served on many committees. He represented Christ Church at the Russo Developmental Center in Bradenton, where he volunteered for eight years. During summers, he was an active member at Church of the Lakes in Inlet, N.Y.

Mr. Hall is survived by his wife of 56 years, Constance; children Deborah Hall Wanamaker, Homer Wanamaker, Shari Hall Smith, Gregory Smith, Steven Hall, and Cheri Breach Hall; and 12 grandchildren.
