On June 25, the family of Planning, Zoning and Building Chairwoman B.J. Webb and the late Bob Twigg got a double delivery. Webb’s son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Carrie Wright, of Atlanta, welcomed twin daughters, Alden Grace and Harper Ann.
