A stolen vehicle was recovered Jan. 18 from a pond in the 4800 block of Lena Road.
A Manatee County Sheriff’s Office report states that a 2002 Ford F450 was submerged in the pond, except for about six inches of the roof. The Sheriff’s Office’s dive team was contacted and responded to the scene. A rotation wrecker was contacted and removed the vehicle from the pond.
