Texas Roadhouse donates to East County family

Do you know the Adam's family?

The East County residents aren't as well known as the fictional family, but their name is spreading throughout the area.

After Scott Adams had a hemorrhagic stroke in February, he has needed medical treatment and supplies, which his family has been funding for the last nine months.

To help achieve their goal of raising $5,000, the school partnered with Braden River High School's Future Farmers of America (FFA) program and Texas Roadhouse on State Road 70 to earn dollars for Scott Adams' needs.

A portion of the proceeds generated from dinner sales tonight will benefit the family.
