SOS honors Old Salty Dog

Save Our Seabirds presented Old Salty Dog restaurant with an award Tuesday for its service to the organization.

SOS board members Nancy Curtis and Robert Gaglio and SOS Executive Director Lee Fox presented the award to restaurant Manager Amy Blair. The restaurant held a fish fry fundraiser for the organization in July, donated the food for the event and raised $3,000 for the birds.

“It was a few months ago now, and we’re still getting compliments about the fish fry; they really did a great job,” Curtis said.
