SCORES: EMB Bulldogs open spring season

The East Manatee Bulldogs Panther and Wildcat level Navy teams both earned victories March 17.

In the Bulldog Panther level, the Navy team defeated the SE Tampa Seminoles 20-15. Dusty Peebles threw three touchdowns to Eric Ross and a two-point conversion to Kyle Brown. Chris Proffitt and Brad Wyatt led the way defensively.

In the Bulldog Wildcat level, the Navy team defeated the North Manatee Storm 12-6. Emma and Sarah Fazio, Cody Staton and Nimuae Gore led the way offensively while Cole Haddad led the Bulldogs defense.

The Bulldogs will hold an open registration from 6-9 p.m. March 23 at the Bulldog field for those still interested in playing.
