"Now You See Me"
Three Popcorns
Genre: Suspense/Thriller
Cast: Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fusher, Dave Franco, Melanie Laurent, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine
Director: Louis Leterrier
Rating: PG-13
Comment: A highly entertaining and riveting thriller loaded with grand and creative illusions. A mind bending payoff at the end.

"After Earth"
One Popcorn

Genre: Sci-Fi, Action/Adventure
Cast: Will Smith, Jaden Smith, Zoe Kravitz, Sophie Okonedo, Lincoln Lewis
Director: M. Night Shyamalan
Rating: PG-13
Comment: Shyamalan strikes again! Everything is wrong with this picture. First, Will Smith is cast as a very stern and strict father with the personality of a wall. Will Smith? Second, this is just a platform for introducing Smith's son to the biz. Nice kid who does nothing but run alone from point A to point B while being chased by monsters for an hour and 39 minutes. This to gain respect from his frigid father. No acting required and highly predictable where it's headed. The rest not worth mentioning.

"The Iceman"
Three Popcorns
Genre: Suspense Thriller, Documentary
Cast: Michael Shannon, Wiona Ryder, Chris Evans, Ray Liotta, David Schwimmer
Director: Ariel Vromen
Rating: R
Comment: A dark and very realistic dramatization of a true story about a contract killer. A very captivating performance by Michael Shannon who plays the "Ice Man". Ryder plays his Very believable and unsuspecting wife. An amazing real life story!
