Longboat Pass drawbridge evening closures start Sunday

Evening lane closures start Sunday night on Longboat Pass Bridge and will last for five nights.

The Longboat Pass drawbridge will close lanes intermittently in the evening hours beginning Sunday for repairs to the bridge structure.

From 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting Sunday night, motorists can expect lane closures controlled by a flagging operation and intermittent bridge closures while repairs to the bridge are made.

The lane closures will last through the evening of Jan. 21.
