A Longboat Key property complete with a 500-bottle refrigerated walk-in wine cellar and elevator changed hands this month for $7 million.

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate agents Gabe and Charles Buky represented the property's previous owner, 3475 GMD LLC, while fellow Coldwell Realtors Lori Cashi-Hought and Tami Cashi represented the buyer of the home, located at 3475 Gulf of Mexico Drive.

“While beachfront properties on Longboat Key are highly sought after, this one is absolutely magnificent,” said Charles Buky in a news release. "We have enjoyed being a part of the entire process, seeing the property take shape from an empty lot to now a standout property on Longboat Key.”

Architect Mark Sultana designed the new home on the parcel, which last sold for $2.15 million in 2012, and $1.3 million a year before that. The mansion features five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and a six-car garage, along with 151 feet of beach frontage.
