Longboat CVS to open Sunday

Longboat Key’s new CVS will open Sunday, Aug. 5, according to CVS Public Relations Director Mike DeAngelis.

The opening comes a month ahead of the scheduled September date.

Preliminary site work on the new 13,000-square-foot store began in late March. Throughout construction the existing CVS has remained open. The existing CVS will be demolished after the new store opens.
