Former New York City Police Department Commissioner Raymond Kelly will replace journalist Lara Logan at the Ringling College Library Association Town Hall Lecture Series Monday, Feb. 10.

Logan's representatives informed Town Hall officials that CBS, her employer, had barred her from public speaking until she is reinstated on 60 Minutes.

The schedule of the event will remain the same, as Kelly, who served two non-consecutive terms as NYPD commissioner, will speak at 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

For more information call the Ringling College Library Association at 925-1343. All tickets will be honored for the event, but refunds are unavailable, according to RCLA Town Hall Series spokeswoman Allison Moore.

"This is rare — but, it happens," Moore said.
